This General Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") is issued by UroPay, a sole proprietorship, along with its authorized representatives and partners ("we", "us", or "our"). By using or accessing UroPay's website, platform, APIs and related services ("Services"), you (whether as a merchant, user, customer or third party) agree to be bound by this Disclaimer.
1. UroPay never asks for upfront payments, deposits or activation charges. We never request sensitive information such as passwords, OTPs, PINs, card or bank account details. Treat any such communication claiming to be from UroPay as fraudulent and report it immediately. We disclaim any liability arising from interactions with fraudulent third parties impersonating UroPay.
2. Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with all systems. You accept that technical issues, network failures, third-party system outages, delays or force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, cyberattacks) may affect service delivery and we are not liable for such disruptions.
3. UroPay is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including any loss of revenue, data or business opportunities. If the foregoing limitation is held to be unenforceable, the maximum liability of UroPay to you, for any reasons whatsoever, shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount paid by you under the transaction in dispute, whichever is lower.
4. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UroPay and its officers, employees, authorised representatives and agents from any claims, damages or losses arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of this Disclaimer or violation of applicable laws.
5. We may update this Disclaimer at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
